Your on-line application will be received in our offices within a few minutes of your completion. Upon our verification of home availability, your credit card will be charged a reservation deposit equivalent to 1/2 of the total rent for your stay plus a $35 non-refundable application fee. The remainder of the total amount for your rental will be billed to your card a few days before your arrival date. A rental agreement will be sent to you for your signature, usually by email and within 48 hours of your application submittal. After your receipt of the rental agreement, please sign and return to Lago Vista Rentals by US Mail so that we receive it within 7 days.
